Names not displayed on mailboxes
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for:

Reshipping costs

Any additional handling fees
Refunds are not issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Missed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a customer fails to collect a parcel or refuses delivery, the carrier may return it to us.

Reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is lost during transit:

only if the courier confirms the package was lost.
Scrub&Peel is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery is confirmed by the courier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the damaged product
We will review your case in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs and Duties
Orders within the EU/Schengen Area do not incur customs duties.
If duties or local taxes unexpectedly apply in your country:
