Return & Refund Policy

At Scrub&Peel, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining clear and fair return rules.
This policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made on www.scrubandpeel.nl.

  •  30-Day Return Window

You may return your product within 30 days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Clean and undamaged

  • Free from signs of wear or moisture exposure

  • Returned with all original packaging

 

Used exfoliating gloves cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  •  Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Products showing visible signs of wear

  • Products showing visible signs of water and/or water marks

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Products returned after the 30-day window

 

Due to the nature of exfoliating gloves as hygiene products, we cannot resell used items, so these restrictions protect customer safety.

  •  How to Request a Return

To begin a return, you must contact us first. Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • A clear photo of the item to confirm it is unused

Once approved, we will provide:

  • The return instructions

  • The return shipping address

 

Returns sent without approval will be rejected.

  •  Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Scrub&Peel is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

The product remains your responsibility until we receive it.

  •  Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable

 

If the returned product shows signs of use or damage, the refund may be partially or fully denied.

  •  Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

  •  Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the damage/defect

  • A brief description

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

 

This is handled case by case.

  •  Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Scrub&Peel is not responsible for deliveries that fail due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect the parcel

  • Refusal of delivery

 

Refunds or replacements are not provided in these cases.​​
